This Policy applies to information collected online (our site, dashboard, forms, chat) and offline (support calls, shipment onboarding). It does not cover third-party websites or services we do not control. Information We Collect
- Account & Contact: name, email, phone, password hash, preferred language.
- Addresses: billing, shipping/recipient details, and your assigned U.S. warehouse address.
- Order & Shipment Data: merchant/store, items, quantities, declared values, HS codes, photos on request, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, returns/RMA.
- Compliance & Identity: ID or KYC details where required for customs, export control, fraud prevention, or high-value shipments.
- Payment: payment method, transaction identifiers, and billing amounts (card data is processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage & Device: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, cookies, clickstream, and support interactions.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and assigned U.S. address.
- To receive, store, consolidate, repackage, prepare (incl. FBA), and ship orders; to process returns and claims.
