Scope

This Policy applies to information collected online (our site, dashboard, forms, chat) and offline (support calls, shipment onboarding). It does not cover third-party websites or services we do not control. Where our Services integrate with marketplaces or carriers (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, DHL, FedEx, USPS), their policies may also apply.

Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact: name, email, phone, password hash, preferred language.
  • Addresses: billing, shipping/recipient details, and your assigned U.S. warehouse address.
  • Order & Shipment Data: merchant/store, items, quantities, declared values, HS codes, photos on request, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, returns/RMA.
  • Compliance & Identity: ID or KYC details where required for customs, export control, fraud prevention, or high-value shipments.
  • Payment: payment method, transaction identifiers, and billing amounts (card data is processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Usage & Device: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, cookies, clickstream, and support interactions.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your account and assigned U.S. address.
  • To receive, store, consolidate, repackage, prepare (incl. FBA), and ship orders; to process returns and claims.
  • To provide support, notifications, photo proofs, tracking updates, and status reports.

  • Payment Processors: to complete transactions securely (we do not store full card details).
